1: No signal upon connection?

1) It’s possible the USB-C port on the device doesn’t support video signal output (DP Alt Mode), which prevents screen mirroring. Pls refer to the compatibility list above for supported devices or consult the device manufacturer for more information

2: No signal upon connection?

2) Display device might not automatically switch the input source. Manually adjust the input source to select the corresponding HDMI input

3) Try using other HDMI port on the display device. Restart the device to see if there is any change.

3: No audio upon connection?

1) There might be an issue with the audio settings of the devices

Output Device: Select the appropriate HDMI device output in “Sound Settings”

Display Device: Select “HDMI” as the audio input source in “Sound Settings” (or a similar option)

4: No audio upon connection?

2) If the issue persists, it might be a driver problem with the output device. Visit the computer or graphics card manufacturer’s website to download the latest drivers

5: Display device flickering or black screen?

1) Try adjusting the resolution settings of the output device to ensure compatibility with the display device’s resolution.

2) Lower the refresh rate, e.g., from 120Hz to 60Hz
